Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GovERP platform and related services (the “Platform”) provided by HashData (Pty) Ltd. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Platform

• The Platform is provided to government departments and their authorised users.
• You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Accounts & Access

• Access is granted on a role and permission basis as determined by your department.
• You may not share, transfer, or misuse access credentials.
• We reserve the right to suspend access where misuse or a security risk is identified.

3. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Statement, which explains how personal information is collected, processed, and protected in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

4. Availability

While we aim to keep the Platform available at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen outages may occur.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the Platform, including its software, design, and content, remains the property of HashData (Pty) Ltd. or its licensors.

6. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
